Trojan Battalion

     Pahrump Valley High School's JROTC program is a leadership course. The Trojan Battalion is run by normal students who hold themselves to a higher standard, under the supervision of our instructors, LTC Nary, and MSG Smith. Participation in the program will involve a combination of practical and fundamental skill training in which a cadet will learn how to lead and work with others as a team.

       The program can assist those wishing to further a career in the military, and lead to an advanced rank upon entering the service. There is no mandatory military obligation attached to a student taking part in this program. The cadets of the JROTC program are dedicated and destermined to lead as many people as possible onto the right path, the path of leadership.
